The Best Homemade Burger Seasoning

This homemade burger seasoning will add the perfect touch to your patties, and soon you will taste the best burgers! This blend is made with paprika, brown sugar, and other secret ingredients that will take your burgers to the next level. Your cookouts will never taste the same!

- 1 - 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne or chili powder
Combine all ingredients
Add about 2 tsp of seasoning to a pound of ground beef (about 1/2 kg).
Mix by hand and prepare your burgers as you normally would.
Sprinkle some more on top of the patties before grilling or baking (about 1/4 tsp). This recipe works well for hamburgers cooked on a grill, cast iron, or oven.
Store the leftover seasonings in an airtight container for future use.
